Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

This simple recipe for Jamaican jerk seasoning has many ingredients but is so easy to make - just mix the spices together and it is ready to season any grilled meat, fish, or as a key seasoning in Rasta Pasta.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp cayenne chili powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground allspice
  • 2 tbsp ground paprika
  • 1 tbsp red chili flak
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Chinese five spice
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a storage box.
